APPOINTMENT POLICIES

- We kindly ask you to not come to your appointment in case you are feeling sick (cold, fever, runny nose, sore throat, etc.). If you arrive for your appointment with these symptoms, we reserve the right to not perform the service required, and deposit will be forfeited.

- All appointments require a NON-REFUNDABLE 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due at the day of your appointment.

- In case of a last minute cancellation or need to reschedule (both within one week prior to the appointment), your deposit will be used as a credit for a future appointment. In case of no-show without notice, the deposit will be forfeited. NO EXCEPTION.

***Please kindly understand that if you don’t give us enough notice or no show to your appointment, we miss the opportunity to offer this appointment to another client.***

- Do not arrive late, but also please do not arrive before your appointment time. Tamy will not be seeing anyone earlier than the time scheduled as additional time between clients is necessary in order to sanitize the space and tools, and receive you in a safe and healthy environment. If you arrive before your appointment, please wait in the lobby and send us a text, and we will let you know when it is safe for you to come inside the studio.

- Please do not bring guests (including children) to your appointment as an effort to avoid cross contamination. In case you bring someone with you, they will be asked to leave, and wait for you outside.

- CELLPHONES ARE PROHIBITED. In order to give you the best treatment possible, it is important that your eyes remain closed and face muscles are relaxed. To avoid interruption and cross contamination, you will be asked to put your phone away. Make sure that you let your family and friends know that you will not be available during that time so that they don’t worry about you.

- Please avoid talking during your appointment. It is extremely difficult to measure, shape and perform the treatment when eyebrows/lips and face muscles are continuously moving, not to mention that it will cause the appointment to take longer than expected.

- No guarantees regarding healed results can be possibly made. Each body heals differently and it will all depend on aftercare instructions being strictly followed, skin hygiene, overall health, sun exposure, healing ability, diet, skin products and treatments, medications, etc. The aftercare is extremely important to optimize pigment retention. Your body’s ability to heal is completely out of the control of the technician.
